How long will it take to process my order?

All order's are processed within 1 - 2 working days, cleared of payment. 

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

As many of our items are available on pre-order only, delivery can vary between 1 - 4 weeks. If any delays occur after a 4 week period, we will notify you by email. 

In stock items are only shipped once cleared of payment.

  

Delivery charge?

In Stock Items - (UK Customers Only)
Bymayah_ cannot and will not take any responsibility for delays which occur within Royal Mail or any other courier service. 

Free Shipping on all orders over £50

Shipping costs under £50 - £3.99 - 3-5 days

 

Mixed Parcel?

If your order contains both pre-order and in stock items, we will dispatch all items once all your items arrive. However, if you need the in-stock items urgently please notify Bymayah_ by email ONLY at bymayah@outlook.com or place a separate order. 

 

Lost/Damaged Parcels?

Please ensure, you have provided Bymayah_ with the correct delivery address as Bymayah_ will not be held responsible for costs incurred or lost packages due to this error. We do not take accountability for damaged parcels once we post out your items to you. All responsibility lies with Royal Mail, and must be resolved with them. 

 

Refunds/Returns/Exchange? 

Accessories 

Strictly NO returns or exchange.

Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns or exchanges on these items.

Clothing

Since Covid19 - Strictly NO returns or exchange.

It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure you have read and acted upon the information i.e. colour, size guidelines provided etc. We cannot be held responsible in this respect.
